Meeting Room Bookings

Meeting Rooms are available for non-profit use only. Commercial use of meeting rooms is strictly prohibited. Requests for Meeting Rooms are reviewed during normal library hours.

***Please note the following required COVID-19 safety protocols that apply to all meeting spaces, per the Peabody Board of Health***

  • 3 feet of distancing must be kept between all meeting attendees.
  • A list of all meeting attendees (including names and contact information) must be kept by the person reserving this space for at least 3 weeks, to aid in community contact tracing if it becomes necessary.
