Book Discussion Groups

The Peabody Institute Library currently coordinates 9 Book Discussion Groups throughout the city. Each group meets on a monthly basis, unless otherwise noted. For more information, and this month's book selections, please call Adult Services at 978.531.0100, Extension 17. The names of the groups and their regularly scheduled meetings are:

City Hall Book Group
1st Wednesday at 12:30 p.m.
City Employees Only

Classics Book Group
1st Monday at 7:00 p.m.
Main Library

Bilingual Book Group
Wednesdays at 7 p.m., every 6-8 weeks. Watch for announcements of upcoming meetings.
Group reads English language books with discussion predominantly in English. Moderator can assist English language learners who speak Portuguese and Spanish languages.
