The Boston Mat Leather Company
The Boston Mat Leather Company, owned and operated by Morris Cohen, was located on the corner of Wallis and Walnut Streets. It occupied the building which had housed the former Phoenix Leather Manufacturer and the Henry E. Holden Leather Company. It was in operation for only a short time, from 1917 to 1919.
Morris Cohen, the owner, lived in Beachmont, otherwise known as Revere, Massachusetts.
