Annual Book and Geranium Sale

Thursday May 15, 2008: 2 - 4 p.m., TEACHERS ONLY

Saturday May 17, 2008: 10 - 2 p.m.

Sunday May 18, 2008: 1 - 3 p.m.

The Friends of the Peabody Institute Library will hold their annual book sale at the Main Branch on two consecutive days.  This year the sale is on Saturday May 17th from 10:00AM to 2:00PM and Sunday May 18th from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.  In addition to books, the Friends will sell geraniums, as well as book bags, mugs and note cards which feature library images.  All funds raised will go to the Friends to benefit library programs.

Since 2003 the Friends have granted over $39,000 to fund programs and equipment purchases for the library.  The money is raised solely through memberships and fundraisers.
